Forest Green Rovers are delighted to announce the permanent signing of Omari Patrick on a two-year deal.
Rovers fought off competition from several clubs to secure the signature of the 30-year-old forward.
Patrick arrives at The New Lawn following his departure from Tranmere Rovers, where he made 92 appearances, scoring 21 goals and providing 12 assists for the Super White Army.
During the 2023/24 season, Patrick spent the campaign on loan at Sutton United, registering six goals and one assist in 43 appearances for the U's.
Prior to that, he enjoyed two successful spells with Carlisle United between 2019 and 2023, making 109 appearances, scoring 21 goals and providing four assists. He also scored in the League Two play-off final in May 2023. Between his two spells at Brunton Park, Patrick made 12 appearances for Burton Albion before returning to Carlisle on an 18-month deal.
Patrick was with Bradford City, alongside loan spells with Yeovil Town during the 2018/19 season and Wrexham in 2019/20. He scored five goals in 10 appearances for the Welsh side.
